We were very impressed with the high quality of work and creative elements in the design that Exceed Building provided for our renovations. Paul was able to do jobs that other builders had shunned at. The 3D design software that Exceed Building uses was able to give us a good picture of what things would look like and conform with the building requirements. Spending the time initially before the build began going through the design using the 3D software avoided time wasting and reverse workflows. It made sense to us to use Paul to do both the design and the build because he used his experience as a builder to create a design that worked. Any problems or changes were worked out in the design phase so that was an advantage to everyone involved. We found that Paul was involved with the build every step of the way and there wasn’t that distance that you sometimes get with projects.
